Momentum & Meaning
Virtual Personalized Therapy Intensives for Burnout, Boundaries & Anxiety
Focused time. Faster progress. Support that sticks.
When weekly therapy feels too slow, therapy intensives offer extended, personalized sessions to go deeper, so you walk away with clarity, tools, and momentum.
When Achievement and Caretaking Come at a Cost
It’s hard to hold it all together when inside, you feel like you’re falling apart.
The anxiety, pressure, and constant demands don’t subside. Weekly therapy might help a little, but it’s still not enough. You’re stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and burnout, watching others thrive while you wonder what’s wrong with you.
Parenting may have left you second-guessing yourself, wondering if you’re doing enough. Perfectionism and burnout may have drained the joy from your work and relationships, or maybe the constant hum of anxiety makes it nearly impossible to be present in your own life.
No matter how much you achieve, that inner voice keeps whispering that it isn’t enough. You look around and see others who seem to have it together, and you wonder if something’s wrong with you for struggling this much.
You’re tired of the cycle. You know something has to change. Weekly therapy before this didn’t feel like it made a big enough difference.
Imagine going deeper … getting the focused time, real tools, and a path forward that actually makes a difference.

Discover healing.
Find joy.
Release pain.
You might have heard of a therapy intensive, but what is it really?
A therapy intensive is an extended session block designed around your goals, compressing weeks of therapy into a half or full day. You’ll step out of the daily rush and into focused work with structured reflection, skills practice, and a plan you can use immediately.
Why it works
Offers deep focus without weeks between sessions
Builds momentum around one or two high-impact goals
Provides concrete tools and an immediate take-home plan
Is a therapy intensive for you?
-
✓The things that once energized you now feel heavy and exhausting
-
✓You’ve lost connection to passions you once loved
-
✓No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough
-
✓Instead of feeling connected, you find yourself irritated, withdrawn, or on autopilot
-
✓Where you once felt balanced, now you feel stretched thin, off-center, and unsure how to reset
-
✓Self-care feels like too much effort

What does an intensive include?
-
A 60-minute session to determine the goals of the Intensive and prepare for the experience. We will identify the challenges from which you are seeking relief.
-
The workbook includes assessments and activities to prepare for the Intensive. The workbook allows you keep a record of progress on your treatment goals before, during, and after our sessions.
-
Intensive sessions are held virtually in half-day (3–4 hours), full-day (6 hours), or multiday (two 6-hour) formats, with customized treatment and resourcing activities.
-
A 60-minute session to debrief the experience and reflect on areas of insight, relief, and transformation. Discuss your next steps for continued growth and healing.
Your Healing Journey Matters Too
As high-achieving women and parents, it’s easy to put your own needs last. But your well-being is not optional. It’s the foundation for everything else you do.
You may be starting to notice parts of yourself asking for care: the part that longs for rest, the part that feels unseen, or the part that wants to stop pretending everything is fine. Or maybe you’re navigating a transition, becoming a parent, adjusting to new responsibilities, or setting boundaries in ways that feel uncomfortable but necessary.
Therapy intensives give you the space to step out of the constant doing and step into deeper healing.
A Different Kind of Space
In an intensive, you get to shift out of the “strong one” role and allow yourself to be cared for. You’ll have the time and space to process, reset, and reconnect, without the rush of a 50-minute session.
Together, we’ll work on:
Untangling burnout and reclaiming balance
Exploring boundaries that honor your needs and values
Processing self-doubt, guilt, or perfectionism
Strengthening your confidence as a parent and partner
Creating rhythms that support your energy and joy
Choosing Courage
It’s not easy to admit when you need support, especially when you’re used to being the one others rely on. But reaching for help is not weakness. It’s courage.
It takes strength to step forward. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
